서울The Singapore office of BKL was launched in August 2021 with the aim of providing Singapore based clients with easy access to Korean legal advice and representation. Today, BKL Singapore serves as a related but independent outpost with on-the-ground support and technical capabilities in areas such as inbound investments, M&A and international commercial arbitration, serving clients from all parts of Asia.
The Singapore office is led by Mr. Eric Yang, the head of BKL’s South-East Asian practice. Mr. Yang has 17 years of regional experience guiding Korean clients in all aspects of work across South East-Asia.
The Singapore office consists of lawyers with extensive experience and expertise in advising on cross border disputes and transactions throughout South Asia, including Singapore. The Singapore office is dedicated to assisting Korean companies as they venture into the Southeast Asian market, ensuring they receive professional and timely responses to their needs.
