Overview
Seho Kim is a senior advisor who belongs to the Construction and Real Estate Team in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Kim advises in areas of construction, real estate, traffic and transportation, and logistics.
Prior to joining BKL, Mr. Kim worked in the field of construction and transportation for 25 years as a public servant. He was a former administrator of Korea National Railroad and vice minister of Ministry of Construction and Transportation. During that time, he was involved in large national projects, such as construction of Incheon International Airport and high-speed railroad, from the planning phase. Based on such experience, he now provides advice on large projects at home and abroad.
