Overview

Kwang Hyun Ryoo is a partner with superb capabilities and wide experience in the areas of telecommunications, data privacy, and e-commerce who has advised frontier companies home and abroad on their state-of-the-art business fields.

Mr. Ryoo served as a counselor at the Korea Communications Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Based on his knowledge and experience in computing system he has long acquired, he has also represented major companies in their cases concerning data privacy and system integration projects.

Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 1995, Mr. Ryoo graduated from Seoul National University Department of Law, and served at the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency. He also graduated from Duke Law School and was admitted to the bar of New York.
