Overview

Mieun Roh is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms. Roh's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues relating to financial institution, private equity funds and capital market transactions including IPO. Since joining BKL in 2002, she has developed her career as an M&A and capital markets lawyer and provided expert advice to leading domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds. In particular, having handled high-profile cases involving large scale M&A deals, IPOs and GDR offerings, she gained a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills in her practice area.

Ms. Roh earned an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009 and was admitted to the bar of New York. She was subsequently seconded to the Hong Kong office of Linklaters, an internationally reputable British law firm, where she developed a global mindset and experience. She is also ranked as a leading individual by Legal 500 and highly regarded by Chambers and IFLR, while she currently serves as member of the Listing & Disclosure Committee under the KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange.
