Overview
Eunyoung Row is mainly representing companies in civil and criminal lawsuits. In particular, Ms. Row successfully represented clients in financial litigation which became a social issue, and cases involving embezzlement, breach of trust, bribery, tax evasion, violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, etc. by the corporate management, and violation of the election law by the head of a local government. Further, she has accumulated various experiences while handling disputes related to financial companies, disputes related to real estate investment, disputes involving organizations such as unincorporated associations and corporations, and an overseas lawsuit filed against a Chinese company in China.
In addition, Ms. Row is researching newly emerging legal fields such as establishment of corporate compliance systems, disputes related to personal information, and class actions.
Ms. Row earned her B.A. in Asian History from Seoul National University and J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, and then passed the second Korean bar examination. She joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2013.
