Overview

Sukjae Hong focuses his practice primarily on advising on financial regulations and corporate restructuring and representing in financial lawsuits.

At Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Hong has not only advised his financial company clients particularly on responding to financial authorities' inspections, introducing the responsibilities map, operating internal controls, and handling financial lawsuits, but also provided other types of corporate clients with advisory and representation services to deal with a variety of issues concerning every aspect of corporate restructuring, including corporate rehabilitation and workout proceedings. He graduated from Department of Law at Korea University and completed the 39th class of Judicial Research and Training Institute. Then, after working as judge advocate of the Republic of Korea Air Force, he joined BKL in 2013.
