Junghi Park started his career as a judge with Daegu District Court in March 1996, and continued to work as a judge in Gyeongju Branch of Daegu District Court, Daejeon District Court, Patent Court (as a judge), Supreme Court of Korea (as a research judge and a chief research judge), Cheongju District Court (as a presiding judge) until February 2013. Mr. Park joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in March 2013 after retirement. Based on his seven-year experience (February 2003 to February 2010) in the intellectual property law at Patent Court and Supreme Court of Korea, he now advises and represents clients in civil and criminal litigation involving intellectual property rights (including patent, utility model, trademark, design, unfair competition, trade secret, and copyright).

Based on his extensive experience and expertise in handling intellectual property issues for several years at courts, Mr. Park co-authored Commentary on Patent Law (co-author, Pakyoungsa), Study of Precedents on Patent Disputes (Korea Patent Law Society, Pakyoungsa), and Practical Affairs of Litigation on Intellectual Property (Research Society of Patent Court on Practical Affairs of Ligation on Intellectual Property, Pakyoungsa, 2006). He also authored several papers, including Recent Precedents by the Supreme Court of Korea regarding Selection Invention of Medicines (co-author), Analysis of the Supreme Court's Precedents regarding Determination of Similarity of Composite Marks, Study of Several Issues relating to Acquisition of Recognition of Trademark as a Result of Use of It, Correction of Patent during Invalidation Trial of Patent, and Scope of Hearing in Patent Litigation for Cancellation of Trial Decision.
