Overview
Sangjik Lee provides a ready network in various government agencies, public institutions, private companies and research institutes as well as most recent information on the industry and market. Mr. Lee is mainly involved in identifying and solving legal risks faced by corporate clients in connection with ICT policy and industry (network, contents, platform, terminal, software, data, device).
Mr. Lee was responsible for ICT policy and regulation affairs for almost two years at the Ministry of Information and Communication (currently the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Korea Communications Commission). Working as a general counsel (executive managing director) in Korea Telecom for three years and seven months, he practically supervised extensive legal affairs involving business, regulation, M&A, investment, civil affairs, tax, labor, criminal affairs, administrative litigation, constitutional litigation, intellectual property rights, fair trade, personal information, and legal affairs of KT affiliates. In collaboration with various teams in the fields of law, economy and business administration, and technology, he continuously endeavors to solve clients' legal issues, propose solutions, and contribute to the industry and market.
