Soohyun Kim focuses her practice on advising and representing clients in matters regarding insurance and personal information and related regulations.
Ms. Kim gained extensive experience in advisory, litigation and regulatory issues in a range of areas involving insurance-related approvals, products, underwriting and payment; asset management; personal information; and financial regulation.
Ms. Kim earned her B.S. in Communication and J.D. from Seoul National University. She worked at SK Communications and was on a short-term secondment to the Legal Department of PCA Life Insurance.
