Sanghyun Park

Overview

Sanghyun Park is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Prior to joining BKL, Mr. Park worked as judge for 10 years at Uijeongbu Branch of Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Ulsan District Court, Seoul Administrative Court, etc. As he was exposed to family and administrative cases as well as civil and criminal cases during that period, he has extensive knowledge in litigation area.

Mr. Park studied Mechanical Engineering at college and earned a master's degree in Construction Dispute. Based on such academic knowledge, together with hands-on experience in litigation at courts, he also handles civil/criminal/administrative cases involving construction and real-estate disputes, other than his team cases most of which are related to finance.
