Jaekyu Lee

Overview

Jaekyu Lee is a 'hybrid' attorney with comprehensive knowledge in natural science/engineering and law. Mr. Lee provides advisory services to global big tech companies, mobility companies and numerous start-ups at home and abroad, and his practice mainly focuses on internet business, telecommunication/broadcasting, automobile/mobility, personal information protection, finance/FinTech, administrative regulation, legal consulting, and legal advisory and litigation-related services for foreign companies and public institutions. He obtained his LL.M. degree at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Mr. Lee obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University and completed his course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute (41st). Based on his experiences of working at companies in E-Commerce, IT consulting and system development and integration, he provides services optimized for company clients' understanding and needs. In recent years, he has primarily addressed matters in high-tech industries such as internet business, automobile/mobility, personal information protection, FinTech and AI (artificial intelligence). Furthermore, Mr. Lee is providing legal advisory services to the government and public institutions including the Ministry of Science and ICT and Korea Communications Commission.
