Kyuseog Kim is an advisor of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) and his main practice areas include customs duty, transfer price, foreign exchange, origin, intellectual property rights, etc. Mr. Kim worked at Korea Customs Service, Seoul Main Customs, Korea Financial Intelligence Unit, Kimpo Customs, etc. for 29 years. Since joining BKL in 2011, he has advised on customs cases, customs review, customs investigation, and origin verification for small and medium companies and large companies.

Based on extensive experience, Mr. Kim gave lecture on customs evaluation at the Customs Border Control Training Center and lecture on legal procedures in the country of origin dispute and dispute cases to students of Ewha Woman’s University Law School. He once served as a member of the Special Delivery Companies Review Committee of Incheon Airport Customs and a member of the Customs Valuation Council of Customs Valuation and Classification Institute.
