Kyunghoon Lee's main practice includes criminal advice and litigation in matters involving securities, finance, tax, construction/real estate, and the police. Mr. Lee is an experienced attorney in finance and criminal matters who worked at prosecutors' offices for 15 years including Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (an assistant chief prosecutor of the Finance & Tax Investigation Department 1), Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office (a senior prosecutor of the Special Investigation Department), Incheon District Prosecutors' Office (a senior prosecutor of the Special Investigation Department), and Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office (a senior prosecutor).

Mr. Lee started his practice as an attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2011 and has advised and represented clients in criminal cases involving mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of financial institutions, approvals of financial institutions and financial regulation, capital markets and corporate finance, asset management and collective investment, capital markets and financial investment business, and corporate criminal matters.

Mr. Lee is a member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee under the Financial Supervisory Service. Based on his experience at prosecutors' offices, he coauthored Study on Securities Crimes with other attorneys of BKL Criminal Practice Group in 2012.
