Yu Jin focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments in China, corporate criminal cases, corporate rehabilitation and labor.
Ms. Jin has participated in various projects including direct investments in China, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, general corporate matters and fair trade, etc. In addition, she has gained extensive experience in cultural contents and entertainment area. She is a Chinese lawyer of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. She was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 2005. She worked as an intern in BKL from December 2008 to December 2010, and joined BKL as an attorney in September 2011 and has since 2012 been working at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Beijing.
