Overview

Seemyung Kwack is a financial expert with vast experience and expertise not only in the basic accounting/tax affairs but also in financial analysis with respect to fair trade, restructuring, customs valuation and litigation, etc. and one of the core members of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC’s Law & Economics Center (CLE).

Mr. Kwack provides advice on financial analysis, valuation, taxation and accounting with respect to various areas from response to the Korean Fair Trade Commission's investigations and regulations to restructuring, customs valuation and litigation, etc. He also has expertise in financial due diligence, accounting supervision, and forensic investigation, etc.

Mr. Kwack passed the 40th Certified Public Accountant Examination, and prior to joining BKL, he worked at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers where he advised his clients on accounting audit, the International Financial Reporting Standards, and financial due diligence, etc. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University in 2006. He also took a training course on Finance and Global Business Management, etc. at the University of California, Berkeley in 2017.
