Deokwoo Lee

Overview

Deokwoo Lee earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Seoul National University in 2009 and completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute course in 2011. Mr. Lee joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in February 2011.

Mr. Lee handles various sanction-related cases such as business suspension and restrictions on participation in bidding, loss compensation cases involving compensation for public expropriation, multiple administrative disputes involving permits and licenses for development projects, defense industry cases and aviation law-related cases. Based on his vast experience in providing litigation and advisory services in realtion to regulatory issues, he represents clients in administrative and constitutioanl litigations, provides legislative consulting services, and advises on regulatory response issues.
