Overview
Jihyo Yune's main practice focuses on finance/real estate, various litigations and legal advices on corporate accounting and corporate crime.
Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in February 2011, Ms. Yune has been in charge of finance and accounting affairs including claims for damages between financial institutions, civil and administrative litigations on corporate finance and external audit(accounts transparency), claims for damages on large scale real estate development project and response to class actions against the corporation.
