Yongsoo Kim is a member of the Tax Team of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL). Prior to joining BKL, Mr. Kim worked as an international investigation specialist at International Investigation Division, Seoul Regional Tax Office, and as a dispatched official at the Central Investigation Department, Supreme Prosecutors' Office where he participated in investigating tax-evasion crimes. Based on prior work experience, he now takes charge of tax probes/prior tax examinations, tax appeals (including review of legality before taxation and appeal to tax tribunal), and establishment of tax strategy.

Mr. Kim studied at National Tax College and at Graduate School of Science in Taxation, University of Seoul. He also completed business and accounting courses at University of California, San Diego.
