Sung-Ho Moon is a senior member of the Corporate and Antitrust Practice Groups at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Moon's practice primarily focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of foreign investment. He regularly counsels foreign corporations in their full range of business activities in Korea, from entity establishment, capital financing, regulatory permits, operational and contract matters to commercial disputes and government investigations. He also pursues an active practice in counseling foreign companies in antitrust cases, including cases involving international cartels, merger control, vertical restraints, bid-rigging and other unfair trade practices.
