Overview
Jaeyoub Lee is a member of the Intellectual Property Team in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Lee's practice areas include intellectual property right, trade secret, IP transaction, entertainment and sports, and fair trade.
Mr. Lee studied Law at Seoul National University. After completing the 39th Judicial Research and Training Institute course, he joined BKL in 2010. As an intellectual property lawyer, he advises and represents clients in dispute cases involving the infringement of intellectual property rights (including patent right, copyright, trademark, etc.), unfair competition, trade secret, IP transaction, entertainment and sports.
