Overview

Kee Won Shin is a senior foreign attorney of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) who has been focusing on corporate legal affairs, capital market and fair trade for the last 20 years.

Mr. Shin graduated Yale University and earned J.D. from Columbia Law School. Since he was admitted to the New York Bar in 2002, he has worked in New York and the Hong Kong office of Davis, Polk & Wardwell and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and Lee & Ko LLC in Seoul.
