Overview
Beomkee Kim is mainly advising and representing clients in various criminal lawsuits related to corporate crimes, financial and securities crimes, crimes related to public corporations, tax offenses, official corruption crimes, drug crimes, etc.
Mr. Kim has extensive experience working at prosecutors' offices in various regions. He served as a senior prosecutor of the Special Investigation Department of the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office, senior prosecutor of the Criminal Department 6 of the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office (in charge of public security and special investigation), scientific investigation officer of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea, senior prosecutor of the Financial Tax Investigation Department 2 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, senior prosecutor of the Criminal Department 2 of the Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office, head of the Jinju Branch of the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office, and deputy chief prosecutor II of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office (generally managed the Securities Crime Joint Investigation Team, Financial Tax Investigation Department, and Public Security Department). In particular, he is the only prosecutor who was seconded to the Financial Services Commission twice (as a legal advisor and head of the Information Analysis Coordination Office of the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit), where he handled financial matters.
