Ms. Sohn has represented a broad range of multinational companies in criminal investigations and potential actions before Korean regulators. She also has extensive experience in corporate investigations and regulatory matters concerning a variety of issues, including fraud, embezzlement, bribery, sexual harassment, and auto industry regulations.

Ms. Sohn regularly advises clients across various corporate, regulatory and transactional matters, including navigating complex crisis management situations, primarily focusing on the auto and consumer goods industries.

Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Ms. Sohn was a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang, from 2012 to 2018, where she represented a wide range of companies in investigations and disputes. Prior to Kim & Chang, she was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, where she concentrated her practice on capital markets, from 2007 to 2012.

Ms. Sohn received B.A. in Political Science from Yale University in 1999 and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007. She is admitted to the New York Bar. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Sohn worked as a management consultant at Accenture.
