Soyoung Lee's practice mainly focuses on legal advice regarding regulations on healthcare (pharmacy, medical devices, materials for medical treatment, etc.) and food companies, government relations, and the related litigation. Ms. Lee provided legal services, including litigation, advice, and government relations, to respond government investigations, administrative dispositions, and other regulations with respect to multinational and domestic pharmaceutical companies, medical device makers, digital healthcare companies, health functional food companies, and food companies.

Ms. Lee graduated from Yonsei University (2015) and Yonsei University Law School (2018). Ms. Lee was admitted to the Korean Bar (2018) and served as a legal counsel at the Division of Regulatory Reform and Legislation in the Office for Planning and Coordination of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (2018-2020). At Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, she is mainly active in healthcare, administrative litigation, and government relations.
