Byeongnam Lee is an advisor specializing in fair trade matters. Previously, Mr. Lee worked at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) for fifteen years from 2006 to 2020. While working at the KFTC, he was responsible for handling fair trade cases involving large business groups' unfair assistance and gaining of personal profits by fraud, bid rigging for construction contracts, etc., or unfair trade practices in franchise and retail business.
