KS Kim, a senior foreign attorney, has advised domestic and overseas clients in a wide variety of matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, joint ventures, overseas investments and other various financial transactions for over twenty years.

Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Kim started his career at Linklaters, a global law firm, and as a partner led the M&A Teams of Seoul offices of White & Case and Arnold & Porter. Currently, he is a senior foreign attorney of BKL and his practice mainly focuses on inbound and outbound M&As, private equity funds and overseas investments.
