Ujin Ahn focuses on foreign investment and cross-border transactions in Southeast Asia.
With more than 10 years of practice experience in Southeast Asia, Mr. Ahn advises clients on corporate, finance, real estate and construction matters as well as dispute related matters. He graduated from Korea University (LL.B.) and earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, he worked at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, Yulchon LLC and Kim & Chang. He is currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
