Woosung Kim, as an adviser, advises and provides litigation support services to local and overseas corporate clients in connection with fair trade matters, including M&A, abuse of market dominant position, unfair trade practice, cartel, and unfair subcontracting practice.

Mr. Kim dealt with fair practice matters, including M&A, abuse of market dominant position and unfair trade practice, while working for a long time at Anti-Monopoly Bureau, Competition Policy Bureau, M&A Division, Office of Director General for Market Structure Policy, Korea Fair Trade Commission. After retiring from public office in 2015, he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Drawing upon his extensive experience and knowledge built up during his time at the KFTC, he currently advises and provides litigation support services in connection with various fair trade matters.
