Yungoo Jee is a senior advisor on fair trade matters.

Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Jee worked at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) for 18 years, where he handled various fair trade matters, including insider trading, unfair trade practice, subcontract, labeling and advertising, etc. in the Investigation Bureau, Subcontract Bureau, and Consumer Policy Bureau of the KFTC. Particularly, he is an authority over subcontract, frequently giving lectures on the subcontract act at companies, the Korea Fair Competition Federation and the Construction Association of Korea.

Mr. Jee obtained a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Dongguk University. After serving as a public official at Uijeongbu City Hall, Seoul Metropolitan Government Office of Subway Construction, and Fair Trade Commission, he joined BKL in 2012.
