Jeongho Hwang graduated from College of Pharmacy, Chung-Ang University as a valedictorian and earned a J.D. cum laude from Seoul National University School of Law in 2020, in which year he was admitted to the Korean bar. Mr. Hwang focuses his practice on litigation in the medical and pharmaceutical areas, civil and criminal lawsuits concerning the Capital Markets Act and the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, civil lawsuits related to financial product investment, advisory service related to compliance matters under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, as well as other general civil and criminal litigation and advisory services.
