Overview
Sungjin Kim has led the Construction and Real Estate Arbitration Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) for the past 25 years, which handles all areas of construction and real estate such as SOC, industrial complex, urban development, rebuilding and redevelopment, and state contract. Mr. Kim earned an LL.B. from Seoul National University and an LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law. He also completed the 15th Judicial Research and Training Institute course. In 1995, he was admitted to the New York Bar. He served as COO from 2013 to 2014 and as managing partner from 2015 to 2020 respectively.
