Han Kang has been engaging in corporate M&As and corporate advisory services, including inbound and outbound M&As, joint ventures, energy practices, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and private equity investments.
Mr. Kang graduated from Seoul National University (LL.B.) in 1996, completed a Judicial Research and Training Institute's course in 2002 and then joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) in 2002. He received an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2009. He worked as an international lawyer in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2008 to 2009. Currently, as a partner of BKL, he engages in M&A matters and corporate advisory services.
