Overview
Dongwook Kang is a partner in the firm's Financial Services Practice Group of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Kang's practice mainly focuses on advising on funds and investment management, financial regulations, and alternative investments. Mr. Kang mainly provides advice on the regulations and transactions regarding domestic investors' investment in overseas funds, overseas alternative investment (real estate, infrastructure, loans, etc.) and co-investment, as well as the establishment of domestic and overseas funds (including registration of overseas funds in Korea).
