In particular, since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, he successfully advised the consortium comprising KT and MBK on the acquisition of Kumho Rent-A-Car; Mahindra & Mahindra on the acquisition of Ssangyong Motors; Woongjin Holdings on the sale of its shares in Coway; NEPA on the sale of its shares; Samsung Display on the recovery of its shares in the Corning Precision Materials from the US-based Corning; Yanta Securities on the acquisition of Tong Yang Securities; Lotte Chemical on the acquisition of shares in the Samsung's chemical affiliates, solidifying his reputation as a leading M&A attorney. After completing the 24th training course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea, he worked at Shin & Kim LLC and Jipyong LLC, where he handled M&As, foreign investments, joint ventures and corporate legal affairs and then joined BKL in 2009.
