Overview
Joonkyu An advises and represents clients in various cases related to the laws and regulations under the control of the Fair Trade Commission, including the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009, Mr. An has successfully dealt with FTC investigations, advised and represented clients in fair trade cases, and assisted clients in establishing compliance systems.
Mr. An earned an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law and once worked at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington D.C. He now participates in various activities, including taking part in seminars, holding seminars, giving lectures to companies, and conducting commissioned services.
