Overview

Kyunghan Kim, based on his in-depth understanding of HR and labor relations, contributes to the resolution of various cases, including a) multiple lawsuits over wages and working hours, b) lawsuits related to collective labor-management relations, such as unfair labor practices and whether a counterparty to a collective bargaining negotiation has the status of an employer under the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act, and c) large-scale lawsuits involving employee status confirmation.
