Overview
Joosung Park's main practice focuses on intellectual property rights (including patent right, copyright and trademark right) and trade secret infringement, litigations regarding disputes under the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, litigations and advices in the field of entertainment including game and contents.
Mr. Park earned an LL.B. from Seoul National University and a J.D. from Sungkyunkwan University Law School. He was admitted to the Korean Bar in the same year he graduated law school. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2019, he served as a judge advocate for public service, Ministry of Justice for three years starting from 2016.
