Jeehoon Lee's main practice areas include private equity investment, inbound and outbound M&A in and out of Korea, joint venture investment, and management dispute.

Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2018, Mr. Lee represented major domestic and foreign private equity funds, including Affinity Equity and H&Q, as well as leading domestic and foreign companies, including Kakao, LG, CJ, and KT, in cases involving various domestic and foreign M&A transactions including share transfer, business transfer, establishment of joint venture, spin-off, and merger through division. Mr. Lee has extensive experience and high expertise in more difficult area of M&A of listed companies or financial companies, and accumulated rich experience in various industrial fields including fintech, online game, and entertainment especially.

Mr. Lee earned an LL.B. degree from Seoul National University in 2011 and an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law in 2024. Mr. Lee was admitted to the Korean Bar and the New York Bar, worked as a visiting attorney at the Tokyo office of Linklaters LLP, and, in the course thereof, gained experience of corporate business as well as energy/overseas resource development business.
