Overview
Jeehoon Lee accumulated experience in a lot of cases with respect to financial regulation and the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act of Korea. Based on the experience, Mr. Lee provides legal services mainly in M&A, financial regulation, and PEF.
Mr. Lee completed the J.D. course in Fair Trade Law. Since 2018, he has been working as a general affairs manager at Korea Competition Law Association (KCLA).
After joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Lee accumulated various experience in a lot of advisory cases with respect to M&A and financial regulation (permits and licenses of financial institution, fintech-related), as well as fair trade cases.
