Overview
Youna Kim mainly advises on capital market, corporate finance, M&A, asset management, collective investment and foreign investment. After graduating from Stanford University in 2012, Ms. Kim worked at McKinsey & Company for about two and a half years. Then, she earned a J.D. degree from Korea University School of Law in 2018 and, after admission to the Korean Bar in the same year, joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
