Overview
Chaeyoung Byun has been advising and representing IT companies, automakers, cosmetic manufacturers and e-commerce companies in connection with various fair trade law issues such as unfair trade practice, cartel and labeling & advertisement. Further, Ms. Byun has been rapidly catching up with new regulatory issues arising from market changes.
During many years of her work as an in-house counsel, Ms. Byun has built up extensive experience not only on regulatory issues associated with general corporate matters but also on responses to the investigations of the KFTC. Based on this, she deals with various kinds of anti-competitive activities in various industry sectors and provides hands-on and efficient legal advice to meet the corporate needs.
