Overview

Jae Hoon Chae advises and represents clients in various criminal areas, especially in connection with entertainment, corruption, intellectual property right, management right dispute, personal information protection, fair trade, environment, and safety accident. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009, Mr. Chae worked as a prosecutor for 6 years at the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office, and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

Mr. Chae now advises and represents clients in various criminal cases, including corporate and general criminal cases. He also assists clients in responding to search and seizure, site inspection, etc., and provides advice on compliance matters.
