Overview
Hyunsung Park mainly handles litigation cases including civil, criminal, and commercial cases. In particular, Mr. Park has achieved great results in large criminal cases related to companies and in final appeals.
Mr. Park completed the course of Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea and worked as a judge advocate for public service at the Korea Legal Aid Corporation and the Ministry of Justice (International Criminal Affairs Division). He joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2013. He left BKL at the end of 2016 and re-joined BKL in 2019.
