Overview

Yuna Lee is a member of the Intellectual Property Team at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms. Lee joined BKL after admission to the Korean Bar in 2017. She studied Political Science & International Relations at Seoul National University and earned her J.D. degree from Seoul National University School of Law in 2017.

Based on her knowledge and experience in the field of intellectual property rights, Ms. Lee focuses her practice on IP transactions, and dispute resolution, including licensing of intellectual property rights (patent, trademark and copyright) on various technologies and products, ranging from pharmaceutical compounds to clothing. In addition, Ms. Lee also advises clients in matters related to the entertainment industries, particularly, in the areas of film/VOD licensing.
