Overview
Jiwoon Kim focuses her advisor and representation practice primarily on a M&A-related disputes, and Korea-based lawsuits between Korean and foreign companies and between foreign companies. Ms. Kim earned her B.A. degree (magna cum laude) in Political Science and International Studies from Yonsei University, her J.D. degree (summa cum laude) from Yonsei University Law School, and her LL.M. from the Columbia Law School.
