Youngseok Kim's practice covers a broad range of antitrust matters, including fair trade, subcontracting, franchising, distribution, distributors, and consumer protection.

Since 2017, Mr. Kim has been in charge of advisory, compliance, and litigation matters related to fair trade laws and regulations at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, including those related to abuse of market dominance, illegal cartel conduct, mergers, and unfair trade practices involving various industries and companies. He participates in various academic activities and regularly contributes articles on the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, etc. to various publications.
