Jeongmin Oh primarily advises on healthcare, environment, legislation, administration, and regulation, and represents clients in administrative and constitutional litigation.

Mr. Oh studied Political Science in Seoul National University and completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute course prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. As a lawyer specializing in administration and regulation, he advises on issues related to regulation, including response to unreasonable government regulations, revision of regulatory law, and authentic interpretation. He also regularly handles public law litigation, such as administrative and constitutional litigation. Drawing on his extensive experience, he has lectured on the practice of administrative litigation to central government officials responsible for legal affairs at a training program organized by the Ministry of Government Legislation. He has also supported the government's policy-making process by serving key positions of various committees dedicated to legal and regulatory reforms.
