Overview

Kyung Nam Ko mainly focuses on corporate litigations, general civil litigations, and criminal litigations. After completing the 34th training course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea, Mr. Ko was commissioned as a deputy judge of the Seoul Central District Court in 2005. He also served as a judge of the Seoul Southern District Court before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LCC in 2008. Mr. Ko has extensive experience and has achieved outstanding results in large-scale corporate litigations, criminal litigations involving CEOs and officers of conglomerates and high-ranking officials, and real estate and financial litigations.

Advised the clients in various cases with respect to acceptance of bribe and violation of the Public Official Election Act by high-ranking officers including a former executive of the Ministry of Finance and Economy
Represented the clients in various litigations on real estate disputes
