Overview
Youn Nam Lee advises clients mainly on M&A, real estate, infrastructure and alternative investment and also handles cases regarding entertainment and sports. Ms. Lee has provided advisory services in a number of cases involving large-scale outbound investment projects of domestic companies and funds as well as inbound investment in domestic real estate by foreign investors. She successfully handled cases involving real estate construction and development including the Songdo development project in Incheon and construction of a high-rise Lotte building in Jamsil, Seoul.
Ms. Lee is currently serving as an arbitrator at Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, a member of the Alternative Investment Committee of the National Pension Service, a member of the Pension and Funds Investment Pool Management Committee at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and a member of the Performance Improvement Committee of Korea Golf Association.
