Seyeong Im mainly focuses his practice on M&A and restructuring of financial institutions, corporate M&A and financial regulation. Mr. Im earned his J.D. from Yonsei University Law School and was admitted to the Korean Bar. Serving as a judge advocate of the Republic of Korea Army for three years, he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2015.
