Overview
Eric Eunyong Yang is the managing partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Singapore and leads BKL's Southeast Asia Practice. Mr. Yang has over 15 years of experience in large scale investments and dealing with various disputes in Southeast Asian countries and he currently serves as vice president of Law Association for Asia and the Pacific (LAWASIA). He has previously served as the vice president (international affairs) of the Korean Bar Association.
Mr. Yang earned his LL.B. from Korea University and LL.M. from University of California at Los Angeles. As an expert in international trade and foreign investment, he provides ideal solutions and optimal alternatives for clients, on foreign investment, off-shore financing and various international disputes. He also has broad experiences in infrastructure development projects, including power project and resource development project. He engages in various activities including the publication of guidelines on foreign investment and speaking at various seminars on investments and disputes in Southeast Asia including Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar and Cambodia.
